Gun Game 5: Leveling Up Guns Faster

Hello,

I wasn't quite sure what to add in the search box on these forums for this question, so please forgive me if this happens to already exist somewhere, as I'm not sure what to type into search for this particular question.

My question relates to the Gun Game 5 mod... I'm trying to figure out how to make it possible for people to continue leveling up more than once during a round session of Gun Game in CS:S. E.g. Everyone spawns and starts killing people. One person shoots two guys and levels up once each time he kills a guy, rather than not being able to level up anymore once he kills someone that round.
