I had played on a gg server before where once you got to the knive level you ran significantly faster then other players. what is the plugin that causes this?

Definitely not a GunGame5 included addon.

It could be a custom addon that someone wrote, or perhaps gg_multi_level kicked in while you were on knife, though I'm betting the custom addon is what it is.
