respawn issue

Hi Guys,

When I start my gungame 5 game I start killing bots & they keep respawning straight away which is fine but as soon as I die, from that point onwards they don't respawn straight away until the next round, & also I notice the freeze time is set back up to 10 secconds.

If it helps, I have sv_lan set to 0 (must have it like this for others to join over hamatchi)
