No "first blood" it skip and "double kill" on first kill...

Im not getting "first blood" on my linux server it skip and play "double kill" instead
I can see in chat with only one kill (the first one):
"PLAYERNAME" killed you with a knife and has 100 hp left
"PLAYERNAME" killed you with a knife and has 100 hp left
but i only can ear double kill no "first blood"

That doesn't sound like a GunGame issue. The First Blood and Double Kill sound like Quake sounds which would come from Mani Admin. GG doesn't have the quake sounds built in.
