gg_knife_plus

Hey all. I've tried using a previous version of gg_knife_plus, but it does not work. This same mod worked fine for GG4, but evidently not for GG5? Help?

If it's not compatible, can you please make gg_knife_plus for GG5?

Description:
You can choose to add a flashbang and/or a smoke grenade to knife level.
