GG5: Elimination - Death Respawn

I have an issue with my GunGame5 Server:
I have Elimination set on my server, however, when 3 players (Player B,C,D) are killed by Player A and then Player E kills Player A, Players B,C,D do not respawn, even though the text on the server says they are respawning. Is there a configuration I am not enabling that I should look at?
Examples of my configuration:
