Ok, you either dont have SPE installed or you're using a Linux server. If you do have SPE installed and its on a Winidows server then i dont know!!

Anyway:
1. Make sure SPE is installed. You can download from here: http://forums.eventscripts.com/viewtopi ... 24#p269624
2. You have SPE installed and are using a Linux server. Then you'll need to change a file as PabloP said before.

yes we are running a linux server and i haven't seen that i need to change that file ;)

But now I have the same problem as you,
the first time I load gungame,
there were weapons....

Than it crashed and than no more weapons...
I also got a many error codes in the server's console,
but we have to remeber its all new :D

Hope it will work fine soon.

That stands over the Weapon List in the server's console.
If you need someone to test something I can do,

Lol I'm having same problem. Round 1 starts with a weapon but when we get to round 2 all weapons disappear. I can give weapons to players but as mention doesn't seem to want to give weapons on level up. Any one found a fix for this as its driving me bloody bonkers!

So what should we have now to get GG5 working again? In my case it is on a Windows box and rebuilding it. I'm sure it will clarify to other people as well :D.

1. GunGame5_1_452
2.es2-ob-windows_bld2
3.sp_extensions_ep2 (or we still need to use the sp_extensions_ep1? )

Do we still need to have the below or es2-ob-windows_bld2 should replace them?

Man! I just hate the way Steam stiffed us all up with this upgrade...
You can't get into your own server using the game, you go look at the server console and you see this nice and cute message! "Please update your server!!!!! :x !!!!

Basically, when the CS:S Beta first came out, the Ep2 version of SPE had cstrike and cstrike_beta as the game names (cause they needed different signatures). If you updated to the Ep2 SPE and failed to copy over the old cstrike files, they will have the signatures for the old CS:S. Again, not saying that this is what happened, but it's the only reason I can think of. If you could, please try to re-download the newest Ep2 version of SPE and reupload the files to your server overwriting all current files.

Your error is showing that you have the correct version, but just to make sure the .ini files are correct, please try this.

I am having the same issue warmup round first load(after server reset)(linux) t=glock ct= usp round is over everyone goes to knife and then that is it. It seems like the addon is not loading the config files correctly. I edited mine to not all objectives and the t's still spawn with the bomb.

this is a fresh install of OB,ES(beta), SPE2(with vdf pointing to i486.so) and GG51 all most current. ES works, GG51 loads and then that is it.

I have installed and un-installed about 4 times now hoping that would help to no joy.

Please help.

I would love to see a directory listing of the orangebox folder on another nix server so I can make sure my files are in the correct place.

Just so we're sure about the versions you have, please post the output of plugin_print from your server's console (if you don't have access to that, just use rcon plugin_print in your client console while on your server).

Then, navigate to your server's ../orangebox/cstrike/addons/eventscripts/_libs/python/spe/ini/games/ folder and paste the contents of the cstrike.ini file.

I've done a fresh installed twice now, and by fresh install I mean re-installing the server and then installing the following plug ins:

* GunGame5.1.452/1.453
* EventScripts 2.1.0.323
* SourcePythonExtensions Ep2 version

I re-downloaded all of those when the new EventScripts was released.

Also, es_reload gungame51 and es_load gungame51 both crash my server. That includes using rcon while on the server. However the server still has es_load gungame51 in the autoexec.cfg and will load with gungame 5.1 working.

Insert es_load gungame51 into rcon instead of using the autoexec.cfg

He's already doing that. I had asked him to try and delay loading gungame in the autoexec by a couple seconds to see if that might fix anything, but I guess that didn't work.

Well to be exact on what I did, I stopped my server installed all parts for gg51 then I started the server back up & entered es_load gungame51 into the Rcon.
Once I did that I then restarted my server, once I restarted my server I then again entered es_load gungame51 into Rcon. It then loaded the gg just fine.

I then ran into the problem of only having knifes after a few rounds of actually having the guns.
So I then took off the knife pro & it worked fine have not had problems with having just knives since.

Yeah the delay didn't work. No matter how long I made it.
I can get everything working fine except the autoexec.cfg and when someone wins the round via knife and goes to change map it crashes.
