Grenade LVL

How can you make it so a person on grenade lvl can have a pistol also.

Also how do you make it so you lose a lvl if you are knived on KNife level?

../cfg/gungame51/included_addon_configs/gg_knife_pro.cfg handles level stealing with knives.

Will this allow someone to be knived off knife level?

i know this was a issue in the past.
