shooting issue

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem or could lead me in the right direction to fixing my problem.....WE have 9 servers.....GG...ZM..HNS..Crysis...PUB etc etc


All 9 of our servers are doing the same thing and it doesn't matter what mod we have etc......The problem is!!! when you are shooting a gun for some reason there will always be a couple of shots that you can't hear and it feels like you are lagging out or something. You can still see it shooting, but you just don't hear it shooting for a second and then it goes back to normal shooting, but then again for a second you don't hear a couple shots etc.....Everyone is thinking they are lagging out.....Is anyone else having this problem or have a clue to what my problem may be? Anything would help....Even our 100% default plant the bomb and save the hostages is doing the same thing.....Everything is updated. We have a windows OS. Thanks in advance!!
