Quake Sounds

I see there is a quake sounds addon, but it isnt what I was looking for.

I want "Double-Kill" "Triple-Kill" "Headshot" "Humiliation" sounds added in.

I attempted a quake pack and I cannot for the life of me find it again, but it didnt work because it broke gungame... round one would work great but as soon as the map changed it suddenly took at random 3-5 kills before a person leveled up.

Is there a sound pack that is known to work best with gungame5?

**EDIT** Or resolution... using Mani Admin mod has a plugin that is easy to setup.. that one did not break gungame for me. No idea what other eventscript I was using, but mani works.
