sound problems!

i have a problem with the sound in gungame51.
the sounds download nicely.
and play most of the time..
but every once in a while the sounds dont play.
the sounds that i have problems with are:
- levelup sound
- multikill sound
- gunsound when someone levels up(cant hear the shots)
- winner sound
Theres no error messag in the console or in the gungame log.
ive whitelisted all the sounds and im using sv_pure 1
also reinstalled all the sounds on the server and client twice.
but no luck.
also checked that the paths in default.ini is correct. i cant figureout whatsgoing on..
could it behardware to slow?

found the problem...
faulty network card!
ofc it would be something like that :S
