it fixes all current ES issues since the last valve update.

If thats the case, why is it not mentioned? Theres not word on it fixing the no knife issue or maps never ending, despite winning the game?

Want proof other than me telling you it works or you installing it and trying it for yourself? I mean **** it takes to seconds to upload it and test it. Go to css.hootsclan.net:27015 and see for yourself. And what do you mean why is it not mentioned? Can't you read my post?

Alright, no need for any hostility guys.

Yes, it does fix it so you get the knife and the game ends properly. Both instances have to do with a regression (caused by Valve/HPE in the latest update) in ent_fire (or in our terms, es_fire). That fix is a temporary way to get es_fire working properly again. That was really the 'only' thing that was broken in the latest update. There is no need for anyone to list each and every instance of es_fire working correctly. Just know that everything that was broken seems to work fine when having that fix loaded.

Do note that that script will need to be loaded 'prior' to anyone logging onto your server. If someone is already on, it won't work properly for that person.

Hopefully Valve/HPE can find the issue and get it corrected as soon as possible.

I've seen other reports of the same thing, but I cannot seem to replicate the issue. When I use the 'kill' command in the console, or die from fall damage, or die from my own grenade, I still respawn. What 'exact' circumstances are causing the issue? Also, are you seeing any errors in your server's console or your GunGame51 logs that could help us find/fix this issue?

All that needs to happen then is the map change if anyone is on the server prior to the script loading.

Well, we could also just loop through all players on the server on load:

Not sure if its a related issue or not... Ive got the fix running on my server right now and it seems like its doing what its supposed to. (Thanks much guys)
But ever since this update, "Clan Tag" wasnt working on my server either, and this has not changed since adding this fix.
So I guess Im wondering if Im the only one having this issue, and what I can do about it?

That is actually a separate issue with the last update. It isn't anything broken with ES or GG. It is an issue with the game itself. Hopefully Valve/HPE can get both of these issues fixed for us soon.

These bug is fixed by XE_ in a post for a few weeks!
