how i can change the map?

If you mean you want the server to start with a specific gg map then add the name of the map to your startup line.
Like this: +map gg_simpsons_h1
Example:
-game cstrike -console +ip 205.234.153.45 -port 27015 +maxplayers 20 +map gg_simpsons_h1 +exec server.cfg
