spawn point questions

I went through my server and removed all spawn points from every map and placed my own and I tried to test them with bots and they don't seem to be placing them there but the previous ones still. I also have gg_spawnpoints 1 so it is enabled. is there something I'm missing I have looked and looked on the wiki page every other included mod works but I can't get this one to work.

I was also looking around to see if there is a mod that makes you spawn at a spawn point around a teammate instead of a random one near a opponent. I looked around and couldn't find anything if anyone knows how to do this let me know or if there is something i can download.

gg_spawnpoints allows you to manage the spawnpoints on the server:

If you want to use those spawnpoints, you will want to use gg_random_spawn:
