Stealing levels on knife and nade (Change request)

I was going to wait until other issues are resolved, but why wait might as well see what ya think.

Here's what I'm trying to do.

Players on Knife and Nade levels can steal levels from each other but no one else
Players on nade level can steal levels from knifers and naders but don't gain a level

Current running addons I think may effect it.

gg_earn_nade.cfg
gg_knife_pro.cfg
gg_nade_bonus.cfg

I've looked for a way to do it with the current included addons but I'm not seeing one. I may have missed something, if this is possible right now please tell me how. If not, I'd love to get an addon to do it with.

Please anyone? We really need this for our server, feels like a huge chunk of the game is missing because of it.
