Only got knife on first level + no pistol on nade round

Set up a gungame5 server, finally got the server to actually load gungame and load itself at the same time (but that's another story).

Problem: No knife even though knife pro is enabled, so players can't skip levels. No pistol on nade either, even when nade bonus is enabled, so players throw a nade and then Jesus around the place until they die.
On the knife round, players have nothing, so it's impossible to win. Knife elite is turned off.

Is there a problem with weapon restrictions? Or the weapon list? I added awp/autosniper to the lineup and they don't appear in the game.

Only mods I've added are scoreboard, winner and quake sounds. These seem to work fine and don't affect weapons.

I believe your issue is #3 under the Known Issues section of the Installation page:

I could be wrong, but let us know if installing that addon and loading it fixes the issues you are seeing.
