Ok, I installed gg 5.1 and I'm having some issues with it..
First of all, It doesn't play level up/down & multi level sounds..
Second, It doesn't send level up messages...
What can it be??

Not sure about the sounds. You did upload them to your server, correct?
As for the messages, those are included addons:
