Server crash when player or bot join

all files are up2date.

I have tried all i have found at the forum ....please help
It is a sixcore xeon at centos and the gameserver started up with :
./srcds_run -game cstrike +map de_dust +maxplayers 24 -autoupdate

Thanks :) .... now a player or a bot can join, but after after wining at mapchange the server crash again :(

OK :) ...now it works ... i have made - > gg_winner_messages 1 and gg_map_vote 1 because i saw the server will restart too fast ....
