Looking for a mod

My friend is looking for a mod for his gg server that allows players to run fast after knifing someone 3 times. I think it has something to do with super mario but not sure. Any suggestions? Thanks

Enable gg_multi_level in your ../cfg/gungame5/gg_default_addons.cfg .
