I need Serious Help with GG5!

Ok.. This is it!

I've been working on this thing for 3 days non stop and I'm about to pull my hair out!
About 5-6 months ago I installed a GunGame to host on my computer ( just a simple SV_lan 0 and I was good to go after running es_load gungame whatever)
So I install CSS. install the latest matties, Eventscript... everything needed for GunGame5. It loads... And the dumbest thing happends

When I kill somebody. They Level up with me ?!?!?!!? I dont get it. I've looked at the config and I thought I would find some Team Level up thingy set to 1 BUT nothing of the kind was found. I just cant figure it out so I will un-install until I hear back any news cause I cant stand it.. NOW I can take the same group of files and move them to a dedicated and it works. And YES I have A LEGAL Product Registered of Counter-Strike:Source on steam so its nothing SHADY.
It keeps ranking up people when they get killed it gets to the point where everybody is at the same level as the guy with the most kills

PLEASE I will give out the most bad ass Signature to anybody who can help me.. I'm on my knees! Save a Puppy and help understand whats wrong.

If you are running GunGame5 using Hamachi, you may want to read this post. I understand that you have a legal product, but you will have to host the LAN game using your listen server (aka creating a server). We coded GunGame to work with SRCDS, rented dedicated servers, or listen servers. If you have this problem on a listen server, then I will have to do some further research.

There should be no reason that it wouldn't work, as we use a uniqueid combined with userids for LAN games. I have only ever heard of this situation when it has dealt with non-Steam platforms.
