Elimination mod respawn issue and Map vote issue

Server Specs:
Windows 7 operating system
Mani admin plugin
Gungame scripts thing(whatever the name is for the respawn to worK)
public/internet server

Ok, so upon dying in elimination, your supposed to be respawned when your killer is killed but, mine doesnt do that on any of my maps, it will say respawning "insert name here". But as my subject states, the respawn doesnt respawn you untill the next round starts. any ideas or how to fix it's would be awesome

Second, The map vote change doesnt work either, when someone gets to level 20 in Gun Game it should be triggering the map vote change, but that doesnt work! so again, any ideas or how to fix it's would again, be awesome thanks in advance! ill be wathcing my post and responding as needed.

Ok so now the respawn works but its only respawning the bots that have died, and not the players... ideas?
