gg_multi_round issues

Hey guys. Love the GunGame5. Pretty much all we run now it seams. We really would like to have multiple rounds before the map changes. I have set gg_multi_round to 3 so we can have three rounds. After the first game it starts over on the same map but the weapons do not upgrade. It stars up with the warm up timer and all but then when the game starts you can just kill and kill with your glock and it never upgrades.

Any ideas about this?
