Need some serious help!

So, I downloaded all the files I needed (Eventscripts, GG5, ES_Tools, gg_utils) and extracted them, and put them into my servers cstrike folder. I then edited the default_gungame_config and turned on the things I wanted ect. Restarted my server and its pretty much bare! The only part that really works is the gg turbo mode, which I was happy about (At least players will get their guns when they kill someone). There are no sounds, the ones that came with GG aren't working, dissolver isn't working, and I'm not sure if players respawn (very fresh server so little/no traffic yet.) I basically need help getting dissolver to work, the gg sounds turned on, respawn working, and someone making it so if theres only 2 players, the round doesn't end when 1 dies. This is my first time every running a server, and I'm very new to all this. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks
