GunGame wont do anything

Hey all

i have tryed multiple tutorials, read heaps of FAQ's, but i just can't get this to work.

i have downloaded and installed gg (v4.0.96),
but nothing happend

i loaded eventscripts,
again nothing

i tryed mani,
nothing

i swear everything is in the right place but no commands come up in game no menus
nothing in consol exept some wierd errors e.g.
hl2.exe has stopped functioning


i had it so it said that it was loading mani in consol but then nocommands or anything...

i must have missed something
or the tutorials dont specify exactly which folders to put the files in.

any help would be great

This is actually a site supporting GunGame 5 but you are welcome to post here. That said I expect you might get a few more answers if you went to Mattie's board and posted your problem.

This would seem to be a problem with hl2 in general. Are you running a firewall. I've had mine block hl2 some of the time after steam updates. Again Don is right this site supports GG5 you really might want to post on mattie.

Are you doing this on a dedicated server or on your own Counter-Strike:Source game? It needs to run on a dedicated server.

The first thing to do is figure out why Eventscripts doesn't seem to work. Type "plugin_print" in your server's console(without the quotes) and tell us what it says. If you don't have access to your server's console how do you administer it?
