How to Instant Weapon Switch and Auto Instant Reload?

Hey fellow GG'ers

Instant Weapon Switching and Auto Instant Reloading..
You know, when you get to the next gun in GunGame..
It instantly is there, so without the animation of grabbing your gun.
As well I would like to change the amount of bullets that is standard in a gun to 100 each weapon.
And the reload should be done automatically so you never have to reload.

I have seen it before on a servers.
Does anyone know how to get this done?
