Another deathmatch issue!

I am having an issue trying to get the gg_deathmatch module working. Everything works fine except player do not immediatly respawn. I have included the standard outputs:

The only error I can find is if I output the console data to a file I find this:

Y# ../addons/eventscripts/gungame51/scripts/included/gg_deathmatch/gg_deathmatch.py
NameError: name 'Y' is not defined
Seems like you added a Y to the beginning of the first line. You can either remove that character or just reupload gg_deathmatch.py to your server.

Seems to have removed the error. Will have to verify its working later. Thanks.

Still doesnt work.
I think the respawn command isn't working the deathmatch addon seems to load fine.
What event should I be looking for to check respawning ?

Edit:
From what I can tell SPE has taken over the gg_respawn command form gungame utils ?
