ITS DONT LOAD THE GG SETTINGS HELP ME =(
AND gg_server.cfg still empty

Eventscripts ver 364 is an unstable development build. You should be using vers 2.1.1.360 and please follow the instructions and links Satoon101 gave you in this thread:

viewtopic.php?f=46&t=1649

After you install 2.1.1.360 don't forget to make the changes to the../addons/eventscripts/_libs/python/cfglib.py file as noted in the Known Issues section of the Installation page.
