Switch between Knife/nominate/buylevel?

Does anyone know where i can find the mod to be able to switch between your guns to a knife. It wont let me do that for some reason. And does someone no where i can find the mod to enable to nominate a map and buylevel? Please help me

If you mean that you don't have a knife on non-knife levels, you should look at #3 under the Known Issues section:
