I think this is from GG3.

Players get to choose what weapons they use to get kills @ start of round.


Server provides everything (Weapon list, number of kills needed, and so forth.) Player has a choice of what weapon to use for round/kill. Then after kill/round they get to choose next weapon.



I dont know if anyone knows what im talking about but that was an interesting mod and I would love to see it instated again.
