this error is occuring when at the end of the game when the server is changing level any help is much appreiciate!!

Hey There My Name Is The Dali Llama And I run A server Of My Own And I Keep Getting The Same Error with GG4 And GG5 it will crash randomly and with GG5 it is totally unstable it keep crashing after a few maps and im really starting to not like this. I would love to run GG5 but everywhere I go I get no info on how to fix this issue. GG5 keeps crashing and bringing up a memory error either in the middle of the game or in a map change I would like to know hwo to fix this.

Here is the error i get all the time but sometimes it doesnt pop up and works fine but my server keeps crashing.

Please let me know how to fix this i see GG5 run all the time but i feel like im the only person who cant run GG5 which i dont get. i see it run awesome on other servers but when i dl and install it works for about maybe an hour and it crashed and it will do it over and over again. I Love the GG5 script but not when it doesnt work right so plz if there are any ideas plz let me know
im using windows not linux and i hear about linux issues but never windows. could some plz help me!!!!!
